Rubbermaid TCell Dispenser Continuous Odour Control System delivers a precise dose of pure designer fragrance and odour neutraliser without the use of batteries. - Part of coordinated suite of washroom products - Patented, precision dosing delivery system; one dispenser covers approximately 3 to 4 stalls/fixtures (6,000 cubic feet) - Sleek, attractive cabinet design will fit any decor - Passive Dispenser requires no batteries and operates silently - Patented, precision dosing delivery system; one dispenser covers - delivers a precise dose of a wide variety of fragrances for 60 or 90 days without the use of batteries - Recyclable refill components. FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY The fuel cell creates hydrogen in the fragrance chamber. As each molecule of hydrogen is created, it forces an equal volume of fragrance and odour neutraliser out of the chamber. Natural airflow distributes the fragrance throughout the room.
